Place my deposit and have some REAL MAGIC to look forward to!
And if we haven't met yet...
My name is Jenna McDonald — lifetime yoga teacher-trainer, breath-pattern reader, and a very direct sovereignty coach.
I help people reclaim their innate giftedness, worth, and self-concept from the very real forces that compromised them in the first place.
The work I teach inside The Movement Temple is born of: motherhood, betrayal, loss, rebuilding, and studying the way the body stores… stories.
This is embodiment with context.
Otherwise you end up internalizing the impacts of broken systems and thinking it’s “your mindset.” (Absolutely not.)
This is a movement that uses erotic, body-based intelligence, not just mindfulness.
This is breathwork and imagination work that heal the past while creating novel futures — the kind of work that rewires identity at the root.
And every class in The Movement Temple is built from these principles.

✓ It for people who thrive in learning environments with equal parts daily discipline and communal play. Our retreats are training oriented so that you so home with tools you can integrate and master yourself.
✓ It is for those who want time to be on land, in the body, and off devices.
The Jungle hums to a frequency which recalibrates the body-mind and BRAVE EARATH is not your average retreat space. It is a very intentional permaculture land project, built with sacred geometry, as a center for cultural transition.
✓ This retreat is for people who aren't afriad to open the heart using breath-repatterining, trance dance, and long, articulate slow flow (strength building) yoga to build intimacy with themselves.
✓ It is for women who want to claim their joy FULLY through anchoring deeper presence, releasing old narratives, and somatically clearing grief.
✓ If you want to feel grounded in your body and precise in your choices, this retreat can help you do exactly that as you release tension from the fascial and breathing body.

“Jenna is a wonderful teacher and as her student, I have grown, learned and become strong inside and out. She has made the practice and study of yoga her life's work and shares it with joy, simplicity and depth. It's a beautiful and welcoming place and the teachings are transformative. Highly recommended.”
— Rhonda Manville
“My wife and I love Jenna's Yoga practice. Jenna is one of a small group of people that I believe embodies the art of Yoga. She is able to quickly see what you need the most in your Yoga and, sometimes without even saying a word, is able to show you where you need to move. Simply fantastic.”
— William Adams
“Practicing yoga with Jenna is an invitation to embrace Life with wonder and joy. With her teaching, I have become stronger and move with greater ease. This centering practice also gives me clarity of thought, lightness of being, and peace.”
