8 days and 7 nights in the Jungle to resource yourself.

VISION WITHOUT ATTACHMENT. STRENGTH WITHOUT TENSION.

Guiding women to build offensive freedom by tapping the raw maternal power of:

ritual dance, depth meditation, and memory reconsolidation.

Offering a space that allows:

Being seen fully, in a body that feels safe enough actually to feel it,

In an environment with enough space to allow it to contain it in LOVE.

To process it all the way, finally.

Most women are hungry to do this.

They carry around incomplete body processes that stack and create overwhelm.

We use yoga, dance, temezcal, land-based ritual and communion, song, and memory reconsolidation to activate the brain into a neuroplastic state and repattern the parts of you that deeply want to be LIBERATED.

A retreat built for life-long results...

Somatically-Informed, Context-Rich Work

This goes beyond mindfulness. We work through erotic intelligence, emotional memory, sensation mapping, breath, and co-regulation to restore the architecture of inner leadership.

Nervous System Mobilization (Not Just Regulation)

You learn to use the energy of dysregulation as information to move truthfully, not reactively — and to build new patterns instead of rehearsing old ones.

Breathwork That Rewrites Identity

Breath-pattern assessments, memory reconsolidation, and cross-cultural breath practices that unlock subconscious neurological pathways and re-pattern emotional habits.

Neurophysiological Meditation Programs

We include workshops designed to revise memories and rebuild your nervous system’s relationship with desire, safety, and expansion.

Dance for Dopamine

Your mirror neurons and endocrine system can often self-heal when given the guidance and nourishment needed through dance and communal transmutation praxis, such as dance.

Graduate-Level Personal Development

Adult development, Indigenous and matricentric frameworks, transformative leadership, and interpersonal neurobiology serve as the academic backbone of the work you’ll receive.

This is not generic wellness, it's all about who you can become on the other side.

In real life.

You cannot think your way out of a feeling,

Your body was never allowed to complete in the first place.

You have dove into self-development. Somatic therapies. Yoga and regulation. The shadow work. Journaling and even sharing.

Maybe you can name your attachment style. You can trace origins.
You can understand why you do what you do.

And, yet, you are still doing it. Feeling your upper limits, where you cap receiving.

You are making decisions from the part of you that expects to be: somehow rejected after going ALL IN.

Or, maybe you find yourself distracted or judging without an adequate HOLD.

You’ve started a relationship or business as a woman who has already half-decided that she will be rejected for it (and it drives you to hide parts of you that feel “too much”).

Much more comfortable giving, because it's safer.

For most women, this is valid.

So, Here is what is actually happening:

Your brain is holding an emotional memory– locked in the amygdala.
Encoded with a breathing pattern and body postures that are rooted in survival decisions that made complete sense, at a different time.

The brain is on a circuit, and the body is in certain holding patterns

That level of emotional memory does not update through insight.

It updates through experience
Specifically, a new experience that is incompatible with the old one,

It is the future of meditation: Meditate to activate, and reconsolidate– not just regulate.

Protein synthesis in the amygdala.
The literal mechanism by which locked neural networks become malleable again.

And here is the part no one tells you:

You cannot do it alone.

Not because you aren't strong enough.
Because the nervous system does not regulate in isolation.

And you really do deserve to be held as you touch the heartache.

This is identity-level change delivered through
breath, movement, and applied philosophy.

It is value-aligned, mother-honoring, and research-backed.

And if we haven't met yet...

My name is Jenna McDonaldlifetime yoga teacher-trainer, breath-pattern reader, and a very direct sovereignty coach.

I help people reclaim their innate giftedness, worth, and self-concept from the very real forces that compromised them in the first place.

This is embodiment with context.

Otherwise, you end up internalizing the impacts of broken systems and thinking it’s “your mindset.(Absolutely not.)

This is a movement that uses erotic, body-based intelligence, not just mindfulness.

This is breathwork and imagination work that heal the past while creating novel futures — the kind of work that rewires identity at the root.

Including “Massive Trust” — a 30-day challenge and audio program designed to revise memories and rebuild your nervous system’s relationship with desire, safety, and expansion.

A Feminist, Mother-Honoring & Decolonial Lens

Your inner work does not happen in a vacuum. We work with the bio-social-spiritual impacts of living in a wage patriarchy, so you stop internalizing systemic harm as personal failure.

Graduate-Level Personal Development

Who This Retreat Is For:

It for people who thrive in learning environments with equal parts daily discipline and communal play. Our retreats are training oriented so that you so home with tools you can integrate and master yourself.

It is for those who want time to be on land, in the body, and off devices.

The Jungle hums to a frequency which recalibrates the body-mind and BRAVE EARATH is not your average retreat space. It is a very intentional permaculture land project, built with sacred geometry, as a center for cultural transition.

This retreat is for people who aren't afraid to open the heart using breath-patterning, trance dance, and long, articulate, slow-flow (strength-building) yoga to build intimacy with themselves.

It is for women who want to claim their joy FULLY through anchoring deeper presence, releasing old narratives, and somatically clearing grief.

If you want to feel grounded in your body and precise in your choices, this retreat can help you do exactly that as you release tension from the fascial and breathing body.
