About Your Guide


Jenna McDonald has spent two decades working at the intersection of body, breath, neuroscience, and liberation philosophy.

Her work is about helping you break through habitual inertia and create real momentum toward a life that feels regulated, fulfilling, and deeply alive.

This work was born from lived experience, not theory. After navigating single motherhood, domestic violence, and the search for solutions that went beyond surface-level trauma healing, she began studying how the body actually learns to trust again within a culture that normalizes disconnection and control.

Over the past five years, she has developed meditations and teachings that build sovereignty and neurophysiological trust, combining a lifetime of yoga and breathwork with trauma-informed, somatic, and neuroscience-based approaches. 

Her work draws from:
