RADIANCE
200-Hr Women's Yoga Teacher Training
Columbia River (Lake Chelan), WA
First 100-HR Module March 22-28th, 2027
A practice rooted in ancient wisdom, informed by modern science, and built for the needs of the female body.
Rooted in vinyasa yoga and inspired by 8-limbed yoga, the methodology emphasises breath-led movement, structural integrity, and functional alignment without rigidity.
Students gain a strong, adaptable foundation that supports both stability and freedom while honouring individual bodies and lived experience. It truly is a lineage-based, life-changing course of study for those ready to build wisdom and health for a lifetime.
Women leave this training with a deeper ability to listen to the body, trust sensation, and move with clarity.
They can:
- Cue their own body-movements and teach others with almost surgical precison, allowing for new healthy patterns to transfrom their practice.
- Teach and lead their lives from an integral and positive physchology lens, reduing stress and providing safety for students.
- Become clear on the purpose behind postures and yoga philosophy, and how to apply them to real life.
- Establish healthy movement and nervous system practices that often work better than fitness or western medicine for female bodies.
Through guided inquiry and embodied practice, they learn to recognise the subtle intelligence of the organs, fascia, nervous system, emotions, and mind—developing greater self-regulation, discernment, and inner steadiness. Functional and Strength building is an integral part of aging for women, but it doesnt need to be forced.
Grounded in the Vedic teachings and informed by modern neurobiology and somatic science, the program bridges timeless self-inquiry with contemporary understandings of perception, emotion, and behaviour.
Rarely do modern yoga teacher trainings have scholarship, lineage and lifetime of physical training practice all combined into one well-rounded, women-centered curriculum. We invite you into a yoga school education that restores vitality, passion, and purpose where burn-out and exhaustion used to live.
