Meet Jenna

Jenna McDonald is a mother, yoga teacher, and breath-centered coach with 15+ years guiding women through somatic practice, Ayurveda-informed living, and dignified rites of passage.

Rooted in Vedanta and Sanskrit yet delivered without dogma, her work weaves breath, nervous-system repair, and community so women can reclaim their bodies and lead maternal-centric lives.

She created Breath Intimacy (for coaches, therapists, and facilitators) and S:he—Journey into the Garden of Self. Jenna holds a B.A. in Native Systems of Education & Decolonization and an M.A. in Transformative Leadership (matricentric-liberation focus).

A breathwork facilitator and trainer with 20 years of practice, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at CIIS researching animate breath and co-regulation as repair in meta-crisis times.
